How to read the totals
A missing numeric input blocks the total for that row. A $0.00 component appears only when the source cell affirmatively reports no state filing or no general charitable-registration duty. Variable schedules retain the structured floor or default value named in the source cell.

The total is rendered only when the formation fee, annual-report fee, and charity-registration fee have numeric inputs or cited no-fee findings in the source corpus. Missing numeric inputs stay visible as caveats.
Does a $0.00 charity-registration fee mean the state has no charity rules?
No. A $0.00 charity-registration component means the cited source cell reports no general state charitable-registration duty or an explicit no-fee tier. Narrow solicitor, veteran, telephone, local, or exemption-specific rules may still appear in the cited source note.
Is this an LLC cheapest-state comparison?
