3. Service Boundaries
Andrew's services include:
- Educational guidance on privacy-minded company formations
- Introductions to vetted specialists (no referral fees)
- Privacy strategy and digital footprint reduction education
Andrew's services do NOT include:
- Legal or tax advice
- Help with tax evasion, KYC avoidance, or illegal concealment
- Acting as a registered agent, trustee, or fiduciary
- Guarantees of specific outcomes

4. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Using this site or engaging Andrew's services does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal counsel, Andrew can introduce you to licensed attorneys.
5. Payment Terms
Services are paid in advance. Pricing is quoted during the initial consultation and confirmed before work begins. Refunds are at Andrew's discretion.
Specialist fees (attorney, CPA, trustee, registered agent) are separate and paid directly to those professionals.
6. Confidentiality
Consultation details are kept confidential, except where required by law or when you provide explicit consent for disclosure.
7. No Guarantees
Privacy work requires ongoing maintenance and is subject to changing laws, technology, and adversary capabilities. Andrew provides education and setup guidance but cannot guarantee permanent protection or specific outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andrew is not liable for any damages arising from use of this site or services, including but not limited to legal, financial, or privacy-related consequences.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Andrew reserves the right to decline or terminate services if the engagement involves illegal activity, conflicts of interest, or requests outside his expertise.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
